3 The Customer / Supplementary Card Holder is responsible for making card transactions using the Bank Card, including additional Cards, on the Internet, not supported by the 3D Secure / Secure Code, with the exception of card transactions conducted at the enterprise of trade (services), not participating in 3D Secure / MasterCard SecureCode and the consequences arising from the disconnection of the Verified by Visa or SecureCode service;

4 Countries that do not support the transfer of responsibility program (EMV Liability Shift).

•   The Bank informs you that in addition to the standard limits, other banks may have their own limitations, limits on servicing payment cards of other banks by transaction type, transaction amount, currency.

•   According to the General Conditions in order to improve safety, prevent fraudulent operations, the Bank is entitled to establish or change the value of the standard limits on card transactions at any time, unilaterally, and also to reject / limit / block any card transactions / cards for an unlimited period without notice and obtaining the consent of the Client.

•   The Bank informs the Customer that when the Customer changes the standard limits for card transactions, the Customer assumes all risks and consequences associated with them, due to changes in standard limits for card transactions and Bank is entitled to consider, that card transactions on the current account conducted by the Cardholder, made with the Client's consent.
